I got the idea for this design from the Holiday Card series. I modified it a bit.
I think the stamp is from Stampability. The ornament strip is actually a border sticker from the Letters to Santa patterned paper set from Stampin' Up.
I used Versamark ink for the background and heat embossed the focal sentiment in white.
